2019 Salary Survey of Cabling Professionals
There’s a lack of pay data in the structured cabling industry. That makes it difficult for owners and managers of design and install firms to determine how to pay their teams. And pro
fessionals within the industry don’t know how their pay stacks up. Cabling Installation & Maintenance Magazine and Fluke Networks launched this survey to US professionals in late 2018 to address this need. This survey not only answers the “how much should I pay/make” question, but also helps firms and individuals understand which segments, skills and certifications can lead to bigger profits and higher pay. We’ll be promoting this survey in multiple formats including an e-book and a video with CI&M. LinkWare Live Usage Doubles in One Year – Now Surpasses 20 Million Results 
The quantity of results uploaded to LinkWare Live recently exceeded 20 million, doubling the total testing and certification results in less than one year. Since we launched LinkWare Live in late 2014, the number of results uploaded has doubled each year and contractors have been using it more and more over that time, transforming how they do business, saving them thousands of dollars in operational costs. Look for press coverage on this milestone starting April 29.
