• This offer is valid for customers based in Australia, New Zealand, Papua New Guinea and Fiji on purchases of Versiv unit(s) made through Fluke Networks authorised distributors between 1st October – 27th December, 2019.
• Cannot be combined with any other promotion or discount offer
• Only DTX Fiber Modules (+Mainframes) and pre-approved non-Fluke Networks OTDR and OLTS testers are eligible for trade in. The eligibility and associated rebate amounts of non-Fluke Networks OTDR and OLTS testers are subject to review and pre-approval from a Fluke Networks representative. One eligible unit may be traded in per Versiv unit purchased.
• A dated invoice with a completed rebate form must be included with the traded-in DTX unit/s within 30 days of invoice date 
• To the full extent of the applicable law, this promotion is subject to change without notice
• All submissions will be subject to validation by Fluke Networks. In particular, documentary proof that the bank account provided for the payment of the rebate is the corporate bank account of the customer may be required (such as copies of bank statements, GST or other tax registration or other document, dependent on country).
